Flexibility is the key element for a healthy workout and should be incorporated into every fitness program. Our Flexibility Training helps you to improve and maintain your flexibility and focuses on healthy Stretching guided by our master instructor and flexibility guru Chiara.

This class is for everybody that wants to take pole fitness or flexibility to the next level! Chiara will take you into deep stretching using safe and effective techniques with individual modifications and cues to help you reach your flexibility goals. Remember, most tricks on the pole require a large amount of flexibility, so train your body early to be ready for those tricks! With consistent training and dedication, you’ll be amazed how flexible you can be!
