  • Be on Time for class: If you miss the warm up you will not be able to participate in a class safely!
  • Once you are more than 10 min late, we reserve the right to give your spot to another student. You will not be allowed to join the class and will not be refunded.
  • You should be dressed and ready to start your session at the scheduled time.
  • We suggest that you arrive at the studio at least 10 min before your scheduled class.
  • Make up classes are only possible during the course period and are subject of availability.
  • Private Sessions need to be booked and paid up front. Please let us know 12 hours ahead of time if you have to cancel your session or you will lose your payment
  • We reserve the right to close our facility from time to time for vacation or renovation purposes. The time closed by management will be added to your active class pack period if it  is still active. This rule excludes Sundays, Barbados public holidays as well as acts of nature beyond control, war, terrorism and governmental restrictions.
  • NO suspensions or freezing of your active class pack or course.
  • We do NOT accept any liability for the loss, theft of, or damage to the personal property of participants, visitors or all others.
  • DRESS CODE: Please wear  appropriate fitness attire! We have changing rooms and showers available to accommodate you, if you need to change!
  • Absolutely no street shoes! Only indoor sneakers, dance shoes and heels which are not used outdoors are to be worn in the classes / studios. Clothing with belts, zippers and buckles are not allowed! No jewelry!
  • ZUMBA with indoors sneakers and general fitness gear.
  • Please wear general fitness gear for Pilates, Yoga, Art of Stretching or Power n’ flex, no shoes.
  • Show Girls with indoor heels or dance shoes!
  • Realryder: Bike shorts, bike shoes for the Best ride, if not available you can also join in regular fitness gear.
  • Pole fitness students should wear fitting shorts and tops for a safe grip on the pole.
  • No moisturizing of the skin for Pole fitness! Gripping aids are to be used only on hands and body parts of pole class participants. Do not apply to the pole itself! The pole has to be cleaned with alcohol from any resulting residue after usage. We usually provide paper and alcohol but we encourage you to walk with your own cleaning cloth and alcohol.
  • Always use safety mats for Pole fitness, especially while practicing challenging tricks or moves!
  • A towel has to be brought to all classes for hygienic reasons to cover equipment and mats. Towels can be rented at a rate of $ 5.  Walk with a water bottle to stay hydrated.
  • Wipe the mats and all equipment after usage.
  • Food and beverage with the exception of bottled water are NOT allowed in the Studios.
  • Duration of the classes will be 50-60 min to allow for a smooth transition to the adjoining classes.
  • No Smoking allowed in the facility.
  • Mobile phones must be turned off or to “Silent mode” during classes.
  • Respect Move 2 More property, equipment, other participants, instructors and all others.
  • We  encourage you to notify us immediately about any unsafe conditions or damaged equipment.
  • Additional rules and regulations will be published and announced one month in advance.
